Ocean Breeze is centrally located in the Riviera Maya, making it a great location to explore the area and the incredible number of activities and attractions that the Riviera Maya offers. Ocean Breeze is in the secure Sirenis community. Sirenis is close to the beach town of Akumal, on Mexico's Riviera Maya. This is a stunning Caribbean coastline, home to powder beaches, soft breezes and swaying palm trees.

The Sirenis community has a hotel and residential section, a short walk to a beach. It's like an oasis in the middle of the Riviera Maya. You have all the benefits of being inside a gated community—paved streets that run right to the beach and nicely landscaped public areas—but none of the noisy shows or organized "fun" that goes with big resorts. At Ocean Breeze in addition to the well equipped apartment you can choose to relax poolside, on the rooftop terrace with its fabulous jungle and ocean views, or in one of the 2 jacuzzi's.

• Visit ECO Sirenis where you can take a self guided interpretative walk through the nursery that showcases local plants and Mayan culture
• Yalkuito lagoon is a 10 minute walk from Playa Xaac along the coast. It is a natural lagoon created where the river runs into the Caribbean ocean and provides a great secluded swimming spot between the jungle and the beach
