Each of our apartments has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All are a modern, contemporary design. Each features a full-size/North American fridge, a 5-burner gas cooktop, A/C, gas water heater, washer-dryer, balcony and come fully furnished. Towels and linens are all included.   Strong and reliable wifi signal throughout.

"Everything was as good or better than we thought it would be. The condo is well equipped 2 bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds, and well equipped kitchen. There is a balcony overlooking the road and jungle, great spot for morning coffee, or an evening cocktail. Nice pool and patio area out back, and the rooftop terrace with sun loungers and 2 hottubs was a great spot to get some morning sun with a great view." Dave

Depending upon the unit, small pets may be allowed.

We apply a flat fee of $60 USD per month for utility costs. Typically, this covers all the utility costs for a month. However, due to excessive use of the A/C, utility costs can be higher. If your utility usage is higher on average per month over your entire stay, you will be billed for the excess usage.

"We just returned to Canada from staying 6 weeks at this condo. First of all, it is exactly as the pictures show. It was great to have no unpleasant surprises upon entry - such a relief after a long day of travel. Our hosts were wonderful throughout the whole process. Any time we contacted them, the response was immediate. A surprising bonus was we shared how on our past trips to Maui, the condos always had beach chairs which were wonderful to have in the trunk of our rental car to use on beaches. To our surprise, new Tommy Bahama chairs were delivered to our condo a couple of days later. This made our last 3 weeks even better. Hanging out on both our condo deck and the rooftop deck was incredible. Listening to the birds sing and enjoying the tropical breezes in the morning and evening was a daily event. The A/C worked seamlessly and the Washer/Dryer unit in the suite was perfect. We rented a car this year since it was our first time visiting this region and staying off resort. We’ve now figured out how we can stay and avoid renting a car by using collectivos since it is a learning curve. Our stay at Ocean Breeze Akumal was a wonderful introduction to the Mayan Riviera.
